I’m offtrack today. I’ve been taking care of a terminally ill relative and I find concentrating on anything else is hard to do. My Faith in Jesus carries me through and I find comfort in knowing that my loved one’s Faith is even stronger than mine. She’s ready for the change in her life and she knows it’s eternal Life with our Lord Jesus Christ!

Now to get back on track, I believe that the upcoming trend in computing is going to give the phrase “user friendly” an entirely new meaning. Education will be a major factor for all of the IT community. Not only will we have to teach but, we will certainly have to be taught.

I found out that what you least expect happens in the tech world. Who could imagine data storage and communications over the net that would not require servers at your own data center. Talk about mind blowing.

There are some questions though! What about data controll, backups, redundancy, filters, email privacy, and eventually cost are just a few. I’ve also found that relying on others for services have rekindled old habits like rolling coins on the desk, between my fingers and such while waiting for results. Hope fully this will resolve itself in the future.

This is my first ever blog, old thoughts die hard.
